“A Small Group For Everyone–Everyone In A Small Group”
Small group ministries come in all sizes shapes and purposes. Some meet to share a book of the Bible. Others meet to share a common hobby or social interest. Some are on-going, others are short term or seasonal. Whatever reason one might have, being in the company of others is good for the building of the heart, mind and soul.
We were not created to be alone. Humanity’s first interaction was with the Creator, and later with animals and finally with his helpmate. Life is better when it is shared with other Christ followers that lift each other up, and we are cultivated to become disciples of Jesus.
We have a warehouse of resources to help you plan and implement a small group ministry of your choice or you can join an existing one.
We welcome you.
The United Methodist Church’s Women’s Group is a very active group that conducts fundraisers, such as the Christmas Wreathe fundraiser, a Quilt Show, a Craft Fair, and Chicken dinners. They contribute to the church socially and financially.
Church Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees consists of the Chair, the Treasure(s), the Building Supervisor, the Women’s Chair, and Members-at-Large. We meet every 2 or 3 months about church business, projects, and events.
